Welcome,
This is the official website of the 1st Congressional District of the GA Republican Party
The GA 1st Congressional District, represented by Rep. Jack Kingston in the US House, is made up of 25 counties in SE Georgia.
Our goal is to be active participants in the political process to insure that our values and beliefs will be translated into positive and successful principles of government.
The 1st Congressional District held it's District Convention on April 18.
Congressman Kingston was our keynote speaker.
Pat Tippett was elected Chairman, Keith Stone was re-elected 1st Vice Chair, Bryan Griffis was elected 2nd Vice Chair, and Mark Morgan was elected 3rd Vice Chair.
Marcie Ness was re-elected Secretary, Paula Goodnow was elected Assistant Secretary, Bud Frankenthaler was re-elected Treasurer, and John Ryon was re-elected Assistant Treasurer.
